| CALL CENTER ADVISOR - TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT |

| MONDAY TO FRIDAY SHIFTS BETWEEN 8:00AM - 6:000PM |

|1 IN 2 SATURDAYS - 5 DAYS / 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK |

| £10.50 PER HOUR |

| STARTING ASAP |

| TEMP TO PERM |

Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
  • Document interactions accurately in our CRM
  • Resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate to resolve complex issues
  • Meet quality and productivity targets
  • Participate in ongoing training
  • Adhere to company policies

Requirements:


  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and computers
  • Teamwork, empathy, and patience
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude

Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£10.50 per hour


Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Nottingham, NG1 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Nottingham, NG1: Relocate before starting work (required)
