Due to continued success and as part of our planned growth, a vacancy exists for a Digital Marketing Coordinator at our head office in Poole, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's Magento 2 ecommerce website, ensuring it is uptodate, relevant, and easy to navigate.
Content creation, editing, and publishing.
Uploading new products, editing existing and discontinuing old ones.
Analyse website performance, customer behaviour, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Content creation on the company's social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product/purchasing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and collaboration on ecommerce initiatives.
Collaborate with external marketing agencies to implement and develop digital strategy with a focus on search engine optimization (SEO).
Continuously research and stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in ecommerce and digital marketing making recommendations for improvement as needed.

You will have an interest in e-commerce and website management, preferably in a b2b environment or as part of a vocational qualification.

We run a successful e-commerce website built on a Magento 2 platform, therefore experience of this is preferable but not essential.

General experience of website management, SEO, and digital marketing is advantageous.

We are soon to embark on a front-end refresh that you will play a key role in helping to deliver.

You will be a self-starter with ideas and opinions of how an e-commerce website should be presented and function.

We are a friendly SME with growth ambitions that will present opportunity. Having recently moved our office to larger premises you will benefit from a recently refurbished facility.

Salary:
£22,000 - £25000 basic pa
