Office Assistant
Poole Waite & Co Ltd is an architectural ironmongery business based in Clerkenwell Road, London.


Full training will be given however previous experience of either Sales or Purchase ledger is required To be successful in this role, you should have a friendly personality, great communication skills, and be able to follow instructions and work independently.

There will normally be one other Accounts person working with you in the office, with the Sales guys working downstairs in a separate office.


Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel); good time management skills; excellent attention to detail; good problem-solving ability; clear, neat writing, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, able to work either alone or as part of a team.

We would require you to have previous work experience within a Sales or Purchase ledger environment.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10-15 per week


Salary:
£12.50 per hour
