_Entry Level / Graduate Accounts Payable Assistant_

_£25,000 + study support, benefits and bonus_

We are exclusively partnering with a very well known and market leading Hospitality Company based in London who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant.

My client is looking for an entry level or graduate looking to kick start their career inFinance. and offer progression, development as well as study support, Hybrid working and an incredible company culture

What you will do

Log invoices received by our three brands in the accounting system
Process invoices into the accounting system after receiving requisite approvals (3way match) or direct approval
Calculate supplier payment run figures
Forecast future payment run figures using historical information
Manage ageing of invoices and chasing approvals
Maintain good working relationships with all key food suppliers
Perform Supplier Statement reconciliations

You will have

Prior experience working in an Accounts Payable team in a company of a similar size ideally
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to highlight issues appropriately
Ability to manage time across multiple deadlines
Team player
Excel Skills
Organised with ability to work to strict deadlines
High attention to detail
