ROLE TITLE:
Operations Supervisor
REPORTS TO:
Operations Manager
The Task:
In order to ensure that the Installation and workshop teams receive all the training and oversight they may need to complete their responsibilities effectively and to the highest standard, you will help and direct them.

You will have a track record of success as a leader and will have managed sizable teams in the manufacturing, construction, or a related industry.
Have high standards for interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
A natural leader having a track record of leading large teams in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry.
An expert in IT with prior exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft Office, or other similar products
A plus would be industrial experience and/or certifications, as well as knowledge of health and safety.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Overseeing and managing the installation and workshop personnel
Serve as your team's initial point of contact, helping with any problems that may come up while work is being done.
Ensuring that all health and safety laws and regulations are followed, as well as that excellent housekeeping is upheld
Ensure that production teams operate effectively in accordance with work demand, making effective use of employees and resources.
Help in facility management and upkeep.
Assure that inventory control procedure are adhered to strictly.
Collaborate closely with the larger operations team to examine and improve processes and procedures on a constant basis with an emphasis on quality, effectiveness, and safety.
Control and keep under control the tools, machinery, and other resources used to do the work.
Desired Qualifications and abilities:
Extremely organised, team player, excellent leader, multitasker, excellent written and oral communicator, industry experience, strong IT skills ( Microsoft office )
Ensure that all corporate vehicles are serviced, maintained, comply with legal requirements, and repaired as needed by acting as the fleet manager for all company vehicles.

£29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
