Our London office, also focuses on the US market and has long term career opportunities both within the UK or for those who are eager, a chance to move to one of our growing number of US offices.

We are currently recruiting for Associate Consultants to join our London team.
Working hours in our London office are 11:30am - 9pm Monday - Friday.
Explosive growth has created the need for an Associate Recruiter in our London office. We are hiring immediately for someone to work under one of our Sales Managers.

As an Associate Recruiter, you will be helping the business source, identify, and hire the best talent for our clients.

Later, we will develop your skills as a marketer and salesperson, allowing you to build a successful career and become a recruiter.

If you have ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset, we'll supply the training, coaching, and encouragement to help you develop.

No two days in recruitment are the same, and you may find yourself doing the following:


  • Networking and developing business with clients; which could be face to face, over the phone or via video conference.
  • Advising on hiring strategies for clients
  • Identifying high performing talent through a "project focused" talent mapping process


As this is an entry level recruiter role we don't expect you to have prior recruitment experience, though 1 year of sales experience is required and some customer service experience would be beneficial and is preferred.

We're looking for new hires with enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed for themselves and the business.


We are offering a competitive base salary as an Associate Recruiter and the opportunity to earn a higher base salary and uncapped commission on your placements as you grown within our company.

We view our new hires as our future Managers, so there is great long-term career growth potential.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
