Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Competence and Training Manager in the Bath are to join a well-established Independent Financial Advice firm.

My client is a leading UK wealth management and financial advice firm.

They are looking for a Level 4 Diploma qualified professional to work with the existing team to provide individual and group training.

Key to your role will be to provide tailored support to allow the individual to achieve their goals, you will also support advisers until they reach competent status by conducting meetings and roleplay scenarios to assess their abilities.

Following on fromobtaining CAS you will monitor and ensure advisers complete their CPD.

Skills and experience required:

Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
Experience within a training and competence role
