We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Admin & Finance Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Castlemilk.

Responsibilities:


  • Providing administrative support to the finance and operations teams
  • Processing invoices
  • Bank reconciliations and preparing payment runs
  • Credit control and chasing overdue payments
  • General office administration duties such as answering phone calls, filing and photocopying
  • Talking to parents and providing accurate information

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 12 years experience in a similar administrative and finance role (preferred).
  • Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Excellent Organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good verbal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently

Salary:
£20,936.00-£22,887.00 per year
