We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Admin & Finance Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Castlemilk.

Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the finance and operations teams
- Processing invoices
- Bank reconciliations and preparing payment runs
- Credit control and chasing overdue payments
- General office administration duties such as answering phone calls, filing and photocopying
- Talking to parents and providing accurate information
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 years experience in a similar administrative and finance role (preferred).
- Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent Organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently

£20,936.00-£22,887.00 per year
