Description
We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments and develop key leadership skills. The Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for future management roles within the company.


Duties:


  • Participate in training sessions to learn about the company's operations, policies, and procedures
  • Rotate through different departments to gain exposure to various functions
  • Assist managers with daily tasks and special projects
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Learn how to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Develop leadership skills by leading small projects or teams

Job Types:

Pay:
From £23,811.37 per year
