New Opportunity - Production Chemist - #Cheshire


An exciting opportunity for a Production Chemist to join a Chemical Manufacturing company, who have an established reputation within the materials manufacturing industry.

As a Production Chemist, you will be working alongside research and manufacturing teamsassisting in the production of company materials.

The main aspect of this role will involve following production protocols to meet product specifications. This a great opportunity for a graduate with industrial experience to enter the field of materials and manufacturing.


Key Duties:


  • Characterisation of production materials, intermediates and final products involving material purity tests
  • Material synthesis using precursor chemicals and raw materials
  • Carry out continuous improvement of production process and reporting feedback to site leader.
  • Working closely with Quality and Research teams carrying out data collection
  • Operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Preparing and packaging orders for customer and internal use

Key Requirements:


  • Experience handling larger quantities of hazardous chemicals
  • Experience operating manual and automated equipment
  • Ability to reach targets and organise workload effectively
