This opportunity will provide individuals with practical experience of working for one of the largest meat businesses in Europe.

This program will ensure that you gain hands-on, practical experience in aspects of Continuous Improvement.

You will:

Work closely with the site CI Manager to develop your knowledge around Lean concepts within the ABP Lean deployment strategy.
Support with training site leadership and other key personnel on Lean concepts.
Support with and lead projects, making recommendations that will positively impact the business.
Work closely with key departments ensuring that suggested activities do not compromise food safety or customer requirements.
Support with raising the profile of LEAN across the business
