Oncology Staff Nurse


Salary:
£32,390 - £39,330 per annum dependant on experience plus enhancements

Location:
Central London


Job Type:
Full time, Permanent

  • 37.5 hours per week
13 shifts per month, days/nights/weekends (08: , 20:00-08:30)
£3000 Golden Hello
£5000 towards relocation costs (if applicable)
TTM Healthcare Solutions are working with a client, the only private hospital in the country which is signed up to provide Chemotherapy Passport competency (SACT) and training

Role
You'll need to be competent to undertake the role and confidently and safely communicate patients care needs.

You'll act as a Link Nurse in a designated area reporting to and from meetings / training updates and recognise the needs for DOL's assessments, mental capacity assessment and simple' and complex' safeguarding referrals and highlight any concerns.


Requirements:

First level registration Adult RN
Must have a current ILS certificate or be prepared to undertake the course within the first 3 months
Appropriate experience in a Staff Nurse role
Evidence of continuous professional development.
Experience in risk assessment.
Venepuncture, and wound care competent
Knowledge of NMC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice
Chemo competent (desirable)
