We have an opportunity for a skilled and creative Marketing & Social Media Executive who will support and report to our Marketing and Business Development Manager.

The role will involve planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, enhance marketing efforts, and boost sales.

Key Objectives of the role -

  • Support the Marketing & Business Development Manager in implementing our marketing strategy to align with our brand objectives in a timely and coordinated fashion, with the key objective of generating leads and opportunities for the directors in the business.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords.
  • Assist with composing, posting, and managing online content to support marketing efforts across various platforms. Build a rich content calendar, across our digital channels to drive website traffic, capture the attention of potential clients and build brand authority.
  • Assist in campaign content writing, as well as creating, updating, and maintaining data lists for marketing purposes, ensuring their accuracy and relevance.
  • Following up on opportunities which arise from social media, campaigns and events with the aim of generating warm leads and purposeful meetings for senior managers.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with the new client administration for smooth onboarding process.

Responsibilities -

  • Monitor the firm's social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency across all messages.
  • Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights on key performance metrics to identify trends, and potential opportunities.
  • Ability to interpret and use data analytics to improve content and campaign performance.
  • Assist with creating engaging digital content that resonates with our target audiences and promotes our brand.
  • Create and help manage marketing data lists for various marketing campaigns. Regularly clean and update data lists to ensure all contact information is current and accurate.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with the administration of firm's onboarding function for new clients, from initial antimoney laundering checks to full client set up admin, prior to handing over to relationship Manager.
  • Taking initial enquiry calls as and when required, arranging appointments and prepping director/manager for appointments arranged with potential clients.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with preparing proposals and tender documents for potential new clients and following up for feedback as necessary.
  • Assist Marketing Manager as required with creating and editing marketing materials for a variety of online and offline campaigns (presentations, flyers, press releases, factsheets, case studies, infographics etc.).
  • Assist in planning marketing events, webinars, or conferences.
  • Opportunity to represent the firm at networking events, acting as the face of our brand. This includes engaging with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals, fostering relationships that could lead to new business opportunities and maintain valuable connections in the industry. Your ability to effectively communicate our brand's mission, values, and offerings will be key at networking events.

Required Skills and Qualifications -

  • Recognised qualification in Marketing is essential and previous experience in digital marketing, content writing and social media account management.
  • Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and online analytics, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques. Expertise in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English language, with the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple tasks with ease and a positive attitude with enthusiasm to learn and grow.
  • Any additional experience of Turtl, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Hootsuite, and WordPress would be beneficial.
