We are currently seeking an experienced Flat Roofer with a Bauder Ticket to join our team. As a Flat Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofs using Bauder roofing systems. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain roofs on commercial properties.
Work with a variety of roofing materials
Troubleshoot and repair roofing problems
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Flat Roofer, with a minimum of 3 years in the roofing industry.
Possession of a valid Bauder Ticket is essential.
Indepth knowledge of flat roofing techniques, materials, and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
