Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing administrative support
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information about products
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Maintain organized records of sales leads and customer accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable
Pay:
£23,000.00 per year
