Recruitment Manager / Branch Manager

Salford Manchester

£35k plus performance bonus (OTE) and great benefits including 24 days holiday, pension, healthcare, CPD, support, subsidised parking and gym membership

Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday, 2/3 days a week in the office in Salford

Our client have a reputation as an ethical recruitment business and are an essential resource to both employers, students and graduates.

You will combine a student employability ethos together with a professional approach.

Based at the university you willlead the growth of the organisation, taking responsibility for the full spectrum of development and marketing activities.

You will expand operations and raise awareness of the brand locally. You will be responsible for motivating your team to provide effectiverecruitment solutions and achieve targets.

You will have full support from the franchise network and help grow and develop the successful business, providing temporary staffing solutions to internal university departments and externally with commercial clientsin Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities include

Develop a clear business plan to expand internal assignments in existing University departments and explore opportunities to move into new areas across the University.

Management

Staff management and development
Lead on recruitment, training and appraisals of staff within the team. Oversee development and monitoring of appropriate KPIs to assess sales activity and performance. Host regular team meetings to update and develop staff
