_Hybrid working - You will be required to be in Plymouth twice weekly._
The team requires a Practice Learning Reviewer, reporting to the Quality Assurance Lead.


You will be working to review, analyse and make judgements on the impact of services and interventions to children, young people and their families in order to inform future professional practice and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Completion of good quality analytical Practice Learning Reviews (audits) including thematic, deep dive reviews, dip samples, and individual case record reviews.
  • To effectively engage children, young people and their families in the evaluation of the services and ensure that their voices are reflected in Practice Learning Reviews and quality assurance activity to inform individual Practice Learning Reviews and overall analysis of activity
  • To work collaboratively with practitioners, managers, and at times partners, to reflect on practice to inform Practice Learning Reviews and Quality Assurance activity

**Qualifications: **- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care

  • Social Work England registration

Skills & experience:


  • Extensive experience of working across a range of children's services areas i.e. early help, children in need, child protection, fostering, adoption as a practitioner and manager
  • Extensive experience of undertaking a range of highquality audits / practice learning reviews including thematic reviews and dip samples at pace.
  • Experiences of engaging practitioners, managers, children, young people, and families in the Practice Learning Review process
  • Experience of writing detailed qualitative and quantitative analytical reports with clear recommendations and actions to improve practice and services
