About The Role:


Are you a motivated individual looking for an exciting new challenge?


Avery Healthcare are thrilled to be looking for enthusiastic, organised and motivated individuals to join our brand new, central team of
Customer Advisors based in Leicester.


As a
Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for handling all incoming enquiries, from prospective Avery Residents, their families and professional referrers.

Having a professional and friendly manner is vital as you will be acting as the voice of Avery Healthcare, in turn creating a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery on all calls handled.

Experience in a Care Home setting is preferred.


_ 28 hours per week to include evening & weekend working_

Please see a summarised list of key responsibilities:

  • Ensure all calls are responded to in a professional and timely manner and building a trusting and positive relationship with enquirers customers by understanding how Avery can meet the customer's needs.
  • Supporting the homes to achieve budgeted occupancy, by maintaining accurate enquiry records in AEMS
  • Maximise opportunities for occupancy growth by advancing enquiries to show rounds in accordance with KPI conversion rates and understanding of the Avery Product.
  • Attend staff meetings and staff training sessions as necessary, and Group Sales meetings and development days where required

To succeed in this role, we will be looking for the following:

  • Experience of working in a telephone-based customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry or a sales background
  • Experience working in a Care Home setting is preferred
  • Able to prioritise and has effective time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work on own initiative with a demonstrated track record of closing sales.
  • Effective Team Player who supports others and works towards overall objectives and common goals.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours to be available for customers as required.
