Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist in Liverpool.


Working hours:

As a Senior Architect Technologist, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday.


The successful Senior Architect Technologist will be offered:

  • Salary up to £45,000

As a Senior Architect Technologist, your role will involve:

  • Develop design drawings from initial feasibility studies.
  • Work with a small architectural team whilst coordinating the input of a wider team of other professionals such as building service engineers, civil and structural engineers, construction managers and quantity surveyors.
  • Deliver design drawings from planning to completion.
  • Lead the technologist's input on as project providing outputs to the inhouse construction team on a timely basis
  • Manage the technical and specification requirements for the project.
  • Form a thorough understanding of the company ethos and the practical and creative aspects that will help sustain its success.
  • Integrate the work of supply chain partners.
  • Resolve designrelated technical problems that may arise during construction.

To be considered for the Senior Architect Technologist role you must have the following:

  • Qualified Technologist (chartered status seen as an advantage.)
  • CSCS registered (ideally)
  • Technical competency having delivered packages in the UK ideally 10 years of experience.
  • 6 years of Revit experience
  • Able to lead a small team of architects/technologists.
