Monday-Thursday (10hrs/ day)

Full-time, Permanent

My client is looking for an experienced and highly skilled CNC Miller Setter Operator to join their world class AS9100 certified CNC Machining facility based in Sundon Park, Luton.

If you have the skills and experience required, then this fantastic opportunity is for you.

Key Duties:

Set up and operate Fanuccontrolled CNC milling 35 axis production centers to produce parts to customer specifications.
Monitor the operation of the machine and make adjustments as needed to ensure a quality product is produced.
Load, unload and check parts for conformance to specifications.
Perform regular maintenance on the equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are stored properly.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.

What we are looking for:

Substantial experience in setting up and operating Fanuccontrolled CNC milling 35 axis production centers
Ability to work unsupervised
Proficient at Setting and operating multi axis CNC milling machines
A dedicated individual wanting a long term career
