Key Responsibilities:
- Use an automated dialler to make outbound calls to potential customers
- Identify and qualify potential leads
- Book appointments for sales representatives to attend
- Meet and exceed a weekly target of generated appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments
- Provide feedback to the sales team on potential leads and customer needs
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an outbound telephone canvasser
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Prior experience with automated dialers is a plus
Salary:
£11,133.28-£38,828.39 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- SHEFFIELD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in SHEFFIELD
