Job Description

An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Heart of House Porter to be part of an iconic London Opening.

Reporting into Heart of house manager, you will be responsible for providing the appropriate support to the various Food & Beverage outlets and front office.

Specifically as the Heart of House Porter:

Maintaining of crockery, glassware, cutlery
Maintaining stock of all items that relate to BOH.
Understanding of the business needs
Organising the BOH stores to an acceptable standard
Managing of waste disposal and recycling
Organising and cleaning of the loading bay
Organising of deliveries and distributing them to the appropriate place

Who are we looking for?

A good etiquette and presentation
A good understanding of working in a department that provides assistance to multiple outlets
Understanding of health and safety
Understanding of food safety
Understanding of COSHH
