The Architect will also need to be able to collaborate with other professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Be digiatlly awesome
- Draw up base plans from survey information
- Create graphical Location and Site Plans with contextual overlays & topographical information;
- Develop site sections;
- Work up design concepts;
- Develop Planning drawing packages
- Maximise the 3D benefits of Revit or Archicad presentation
- Work up technical details and schedules.
- Duplicate & cross coordinate Plot specific variations
- Organise drawing strategies and manage the Cad database
- Manage current status folders of drawings with associated Issue records.
If you have a specific interest in sustainability and Passivhaus this would be an advantage but perhaps is not essential, provided you are content to be guided by the Lead architect and willing to engage the reasoning behind decisions that are made.

Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
