We are looking to recruit for the post of Facilities Administrative & Accommodation Co-ordinator. The post holder will be part of the accommodation.

They are responsible for supporting the team with the day to day operations, monitoring and reporting of maintenance, linen and cleaning in all the properties.


The post holder is responsible for co-ordinating the process of checking in and out residents in the accommodation properties on various locations, ensuring all rooms are ready to be occupied.

The post holder also provides administrative assistance to the Facilities Department as and when required.

  • Daily inspections of all rooms, making sure all faults are reported to the respective service providers.
  • Supervision and coordination of cleaning staff to ensure all rooms and other areas are kept clean and tidy in accordance to the agreed standards.
  • Coordinate the check in and out of International Nurses and other residents as and when required.
  • Control stocks of linen and other consumables to ensure adequate levels are maintained.
  • Post holder will be expected to be able to drive to various locations across South East.
  • Assist when required with the cover for the security reception/helpdesk.
  • Provide general administration support to other areas within CEF, when required.
  • Responsible for working with external suppliers for ensuring deliveries are kept in schedule and tracked if necessary.
  • Work on their own initiative.
  • Must have an eye for detail.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Financial Management

  • To always comply with the Trust's Standing Financial Instructions (SFI's).
  • To set up and manage all the required financial processes for the services under their responsibility, including invoicing, variations and any other system as required.
  • To actively participate and contribute to the Trust's Cost Improvement Programme on an ongoing basis.
General

  • The post holder has a general duty of care for their own health, safety and wellbeing and that of work colleagues, visitors and patients within the hospital, in addition to any specific risk management or clinical governance accountabilities associated with thi
