What you'll do

Our Head of Change Management is responsible for driving the transition to a change management led approach as we move to being a product led business.

The department goal is to become a centre of excellence within Tracsis for Change Management by implementing key strategic initiatives based around best practice, standardisation and benefits delivery - all of which you will be accountable for.

Day to day you'll manage the Change Management team, supporting them to deliver productive work for our clients and ensure we are following the standard approach.

You'll also work closely with Senior Leaders from other departments, sales through to delivery, ensuring change is represented when decisions are being made across the full software deployment lifecycle.

This role is a maternity cover position - FTC.

Who you'll be
We want to make sure you're set for success so the key skills we're looking for in the role are below:
Change management experience in multi-faceted software implementations
Experience in utilising change management tools/methodologies/practices in client environments
Line management experience
Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills
Drive and determination
Change Management Qualification (PROSCI, MSP, APMG)
Ideally domain knowledge in railway operations and/or planning
