Job summary

Cost Performance Senior Analyst. Summarise cost performance reporting information & present to the Cost Performance Lead, FP&A Lead and business stakeholders. Liaise with the cost performance team to drive quality, consistent and insightful Cost Performance reporting, analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Summarise cost performance reporting information & present to the Cost Performance Lead, FP&A Lead and business stakeholders
• Liaise with the cost performance team to drive quality, consistent and insightful Cost Performance reporting, analysis and forecasting
• Through the IBP process, annual budgeting and regular monthly reporting and forecasting, consolidate, analyse and review/challenge data from the line of business and functions
• Collaborate with business partners and functional leads to drive cost and business performance
• Support the business stakeholders to aid their understanding of financial information
• Contribute to modernisation initiatives to drive standardisation, efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive continuous improvement processes including working with the wider FP&A team to share best practice
• Deputise for Cost Performance Lead when required

Qualifications

• Preferably a member of a UK recognised professional accountancy body with at least 2 years post qualifying experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish efficient and effective working relationships and to influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
• Working within a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to change
• Present Financial information to non-financial stakeholders, coupled with the ability to analyse and interpret data
• Proven post qualification within a financial role such as a Management Accountant, Project Accountant
