Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks on a variety of residential property types
- Perform basic repairs, such as fixing broken door handles, replacing light fixtures, or recaulking showers and bath tubs
- Troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for repair solutions
- Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on various equipment and appliances
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of maintenance and repair experience
- Knowledge of building maintenance and repair principles
- Excellent problemsolving and multitasking abilities
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently or with a team
- Valid driver's license
Job Types:
