Description

AXA Partners are looking for a Technical Executive to join our Travel Department.

As our new Tech Exec, you'll be working closely the Team Manager, collaborating when necessary, with other operational departments within AXA Travel Insurance, AXA Partners Travel Business Line.

In addition, you'll take on management responsibilities in the Operations Managers absence.

You'll be there to support the Operations Team with technical enquiries and escalations they may have.

Pro-actively manage and control Red Flag/complex cases and complaints as well as deliver coaching and feedback to staff on technical matters.

Supporting AXA Partners strategy through effective management and delivery of comprehensive technical and work allocation activities within the UK Operations function.

Individual responsibilities/tasks/ Key Result areas

To review the department case activity and keep up to date various inbound communication.
To support the account management teams with client meetings from a technical perspective.
Arrange and manage work allocation to agents.
Complete payment/guarantee of payments, case authorisation and auditing
To meet with the Team Manager on a daily basis to organising resource/allocation/L&D activity
Process owner and developer of tecical processes
To champion good customer service within the department and to interface regularly with key stakeholders to ensure compliance

Your Profile
Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A high level of technical understanding in relevant area(s) is essential.
An excellent communicator, capable of influencing and asserting opinion at all levels.
Proven experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
Ability to demonstrate a highly professional work ethic.
Proven ability to interface with clients at a high level is essential.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a commitment to continued career development. High level time management skills are essential.

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience

Previous audit management desirable
A high degree of drive and commitment is a must in this challenging role, together with a positive cando attitude.
