Volunteer Co-ordinator and Recovery Worker


Location:
High Level (Northern) Trust - Rochdale


Responsible to:

CEO

Hours of duty: 25 hours per week


Contract:
Until 31st March 2025 (upon passing probationary period)


Salary:
£24,999 per annum (Pro Rata - £16,327)

• To provide a high quality service to clients presenting to the service with a history of substance misuse related issues.
• To coordinate the volunteer learning programme and deliver the training group.
• To organise, supervise, manage and delegate volunteers to position within High Level (Northern) Trust.
• To signpost other external volunteer opportunities
• To be involved with Service Users, Volunteers and Peer Mentors in developing and delivering recovery based programmes.
• To be involved in the operational duties.
• Support service users to make links with recovery and wider community.
• Lead a team of volunteers, develop their skills and lead regular supervisions.
• To maintain current partnerships with other organisations and develop new partnerships that benefit all parties involved.
• Develop and organise funding projects with trustee, staff and volunteers.
