About The Role:

Hybrid working available once trained & competent in the role (2 days from home, 3 days in the office).

Responsibilities Include

Organised and participating in call calibration sessions
Developing a good understanding of the business, our teams and the environment that we work in.
Keeping up to date with each business areas processes and call structures
Identifying trends and potential risks to the business observed in the Quality Assurance activity.
Escalating any serious call monitoring issues to the Compliance Manager in line with internal compliance monitoring policies.

About You:

Experience of working in a Quality Assurance role is essential.
Experience of working within a sales or customer service environment
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working in a fastpaced environment.
Hard working determined and resilient.
Comfortable working under pressure, proactive and uses own initiative.
