Great temp to perm HR Advisor role based in Tilbruy, Essex

Exciting role to support the business through a ramp up/ busy period

About Our Client:

This initially interim HR Advisor role is to be based in Tilbury, Essex for a leading International Logistics Distribution and supply chain group with a supportive and experienced senior leadership team in place.

They are requiring an experienced HR professional to come in at no more than 1 weeks notice to add value to a busy period covering ER cases and supporting line managers.

Interim HR Advisor duties and responsibilities;

ER Case management
Absence management
Grievance policy management
Support the HR Business partners
ADHOC HR administration support
Provide independent HR Advise to line managers

The Successful Applicant:

The Interim HR Advisor will have a strong HR Advisory background ideally managing ER casework form start to finish
The role requires the right individual to come in and hit the ground running, picking up trackers for long term illness, occupational health etc.
You will not require Logistics Distribution and supply chain industry knowledge but a Strong generalist HR background is key
Strong communication and great organisational skills
