Great temp to perm HR Advisor role based in Tilbruy, Essex

  • Exciting role to support the business through a ramp up/ busy period

About Our Client:


This initially interim HR Advisor role is to be based in Tilbury, Essex for a leading International Logistics Distribution and supply chain group with a supportive and experienced senior leadership team in place.

They are requiring an experienced HR professional to come in at no more than 1 weeks notice to add value to a busy period covering ER cases and supporting line managers.

Interim HR Advisor duties and responsibilities;

  • ER Case management
  • Absence management
  • Grievance policy management
  • Support the HR Business partners
  • ADHOC HR administration support
  • Provide independent HR Advise to line managers

The Successful Applicant:


  • The Interim HR Advisor will have a strong HR Advisory background ideally managing ER casework form start to finish
  • The role requires the right individual to come in and hit the ground running, picking up trackers for long term illness, occupational health etc.
  • You will not require Logistics Distribution and supply chain industry knowledge but a Strong generalist HR background is key
  • Strong communication and great organisational skills
