Monday to Friday 19:00pm to 03:00am

Key responsibilities of the role:

Motivating your team of warehouse operatives.
Route Planning
Ensuring all orders are picked
Ensuring all vehicles are loaded in an efficient order
Management of resource ensuring cover for loading and replenishment on shift.
Health & Safety compliance.
Continual review of operations to explore method improvement projects.

Requirements for the role:

A minimum of 5 years' experience of warehousing and logistics and a minimum of 3 years in a team leader/supervisor role.
Recognised Health & Safety qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
Proven man management experience
Excellent communicator
Enthusiastic and motivated individual who thrives working in a fast paced and busy environment.
