Tangible Benefit are actively seeking to expand our Recruitment Team as we enter the most exciting period of growth in the businesses history.


Coming off of the back of another record year and with a new, modern office a few weeks away, we have a number of positions available for experienced Recruiters from either an Agency or Internal background to assist an established team with the recruitment of our monthly Graduate intake.

This role requires pro-active Recruiters who are motivated by filling jobs - there are no limit to how many placements you can make - therefore no limit on your commission


What we are looking for:

  • 23 years experience in either an agency or internal recruitment position
  • Proven experience of sourcing great talent using a variety of recruiting resources and techniques
  • You will be a team player, with experience of collaborating with internal/external stakeholders across different teams

What we offer:

  • Basic salary £35,000 per annum
  • OTE £50,000
  • Team socials and days out
  • Flexible working (1 day/week working from home)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in London, N1 9PD
