We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have


Duties:


  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments

Salary:
From £24,730.59 per year
