We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may haveDuties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments

Salary:
From £24,730.59 per year
