About Us:

Gullco has been in the manufacturing industry for 70 years. We specialize in the design, manufacture and implementation of high quality welding and cutting automation equipment. A strong family business environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate person, and assist callers when necessary. Maintain the answering machine.

Prepare and send quotations, maintaining digital copies for reference.

Address customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, shipping options, etc.

Enter sales orders into Epicor and send order acknowledgements to customers, including delivery schedules.

Issue proforma invoices for advance payments.

Monitor Epicor stock levels and physical stock when necessary.

Obtain freight quotes, liaise with customers, and arrange shipping of goods with transport companies.

Generate packing slips within Epicor.

Coordinate the collection of goods from customers for return to [Company Name].

Assist with travel arrangements, including booking hotels and travel accommodations.

Provide support with data entry and record keeping.

Offer administrative support to colleagues as needed.

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or relevant field are a plus.

Previous experience in administrative roles preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year
