Our work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives free from abuse.

You will be joining a team of committed and inspiring individuals whose dedication has saved the lives of thousands of women, men and children in the capital.

We are looking for friendly and diligent individuals to join our services and help us make a difference.

About the Service
Housing First is a new approach to supporting the most entrenched, excluded and hard to reach service users.

It focuses on finding permanent housing as quickly as possible and then addressing the issues that have contributed to an individual's homelessness.

About the Role
We are seeking a Project Worker to work with a small caseload of women.

You will Provide trauma-informed, solution-focused support, tailored to individual needs and aspirations, with service users being able to choose as far as possible, what, how and when support is delivered.

We are seeking workers who can work really effectively as part of a dynamic team, who are able to think creatively about how they can build engagement and trust with women who may never have engaged with services previously and be able to work with the survivor at a pace she is comfortable with.

You will need to be an excellent advocate who can work effectively with a wide range of other professionals in different agencies.
