Description
We're looking for a Midweight Art Director to join a large, award-winning and innovative agency in South Manchester.


Our Client


Joining an agency who work with a host of large national and international brands, you'll become a central part of a large, broad creative department.

They have a supportive culture and an enhanced benefits package. You can work predominantly remotely with 1 day per week in the office.


The Role
You'll be a go-to person within the creative team for creative concepts underpinned by strong insights.

You'll create visual style and art direct creative solutions through multiple disciplines and channels, working closely with specialists in other teams such as Designers, Videographers, Photographers, Copywriters, etc.

They're looking for someone who can light the creative spark, tying ideas and concepts to a clear strategy before passing onto their internal design, video, motion, digital teams to develop further, while you oversee.

They need a big thinker, a brainstormer, a storyteller, marker pen scribbler and importantly a real team player.

You'll probably have at least 3 years' experience as an Art Director or Creative in an agency environment (any type of agency is fine), though they will consider Junior Art Director's.

Ideally with experience of ideas that go beyond traditional advertising channels to incorporate newer digital channels.
