Care Coordinator
BCC is a Home Care and Supported Living organization based in the London area. We support and care for vulnerable adults in the community. We advocate in the best interest of our staff making sure they are living a work-life balance style.
Care Coordinator requirements
- Experience in the care sector for 12 months and above.
- Skills and Knowledge in care are essential and willing to learn new things.
- We are currently in search of a compassionate, caring, flexible, and reliable Care Coordinator for the purpose of care delivery in Greenwich and the surrounding Borough.
Care Coordinator Day to Day duties:
- The applicant will work as part of the team and be reporting to the Care Manager.
- Your role will be promoting personcentered care for the Service Users and assisting/supporting the team in meeting the needs of the Service Users.
- knowledge of legal responsibilities and regulations in health and social care
- knowledge about person-centered care planning
- Driving is essential due to the nature of the role.

Part-time hours: per week
Salary:
£12.50-£14.00 per hour
