Commercial Site Managers needed in the Newcastle area.

Meridian Business Support are actively keen to speak to any Site Managers that have worked in the Healthcare/ Hospital environment as a Site Manager.

DUTIES

Assist in the procurement of materials/equipment

Support in the selection of sub-contractors on site
Manage site personnel, work activities and resources to meet the quality standards expected
Ensure projects are snagged and all defects remedied before handover.
Ensure site is always safe and secure.
Contribute to the control of individual contract budgets, minimising waste and maximising labour outputs.
Ensure all documentation/reports are accurate and produced in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

SMSTS
First Aid
Manager CSCS Card
Enhanced DBS Check (desirable)

BENEFITS:

Fixed Term Contract of at least 12 months
- potential for other work after this
37.5 hours per week
- however there will be overtime available as the project starts commencing

BUT don't forget overtime will be available on weekends

20+ days holiday and bank holidays.
Due to it being PAYE a pension scheme is available
