Our address book is huge - with unique access to over 600 CH&CO Workplace clients across the UK and a database of 7,000 event bookers and growing.

eve represents and works closely with venues operated exclusively by Venues by CH&CO.


A key role within the sales and marketing team; responsible for marketing the venue's 11 private hire event spaces and the Coffee House, under the leadership of the Head of Sales and Marketing and venue General Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to market one of London's leading unique venues and its 11 event spaces and all events that are run at the House, including but not limited to conferences and meetings, product launches, weddings and private events, screenings, private dining, award ceremonies, receptions and Christmas parties.

This position is full-time 5 days out of 7 and flexibility is expected to meet with the business needs. The role is office based, mainly Monday-Friday. Evening and occasional weekend work will be required, according to business needs.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Assist the Head of Sales in researching and delivering the annual sales and marketing strategy
  • Assist the Head of Sales with managing the marketing budget and marketing ROI tracker with regular reports on social media activity, CRM analysis, third party listings and website activity)
  • Create and manage social media content plans
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on campaigns and activities
  • Have a good understanding of the venue capabilities, capacities, unique selling points and pricing
  • Design promotional materials including brochures, newsletters, mail shots, social media posts
  • Have a good understanding of SEO and manage the relationship with our thirdparty SEO provider to ensure ROI
  • Assist in the organisation and promotion of our attendance at exhibitions, FAM visits, trade shows and external events
  • Brief into and liaise with relevant design, print, mailing house suppliers
  • Work with sales, operation and kitchen teams to ensure all events booked at the venue are promoted at any given opportunity, with full consent from the client, to capture positive testimonials, reviews, case studies and imagery
  • Maintain the RSA House venue image library and to book and manage photoshoots for any missing photography<
