Description

Henley Morgan are currently hiring for a position as a First Line Support Technician to join the team of one of the best SAP Partners across the UK & Europe.

You will need:

At least 2+ years experience in a support related and ideally actively working in a IT Support environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products and Admin console.
Understanding of Microsoft Server & Azure.
Working knowledge of PC/Laptop/Mobile hardware, networking principles and Microsoft Server Operating systems.
A professional and confident manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

Hardware, operating systems, networking and other related disciplines.
Responsible for incident logging, agreeing priorities and setting realistic expectations of resolutions with customers, assigning, managing the technicians queues.
Maintaining support contracts.

Salary:

The salary for this role is £24,000 including other benefits such as bonus, pension schemes, flexible working hours and more

Location:

This is a hybrid role or remote depending on location. This role is Monday
Friday 37.5hrs.
