Senior Town Planner | Residential Developer
Penguin Recruitment is pleased to present a new opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join an excellent residential developer in Peterborough

My client is one of the leading housebuilders in the Midlands and North of England have offices nationwide If you're looking for a position with excellent progression opportunities, then this is the role for you

The Role

  • Manage the planning aspect of strategic land developments
  • Work closely with the land team on projects
  • Liaising with clients such as local authorities

You will need:

  • MRTPI or working toward
  • RTPI Accredited Degree
  • Strong development knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
