Llamau's mission is to end youth homelessness and homelessness for women in Wales.

We're looking for passionate, talented and tenacious people to join Team Llamau.


Processing of monthly, main and relief payrolls through Sage 50 Payroll software, you will be responsible for processing payroll joiners and leavers promptly, and SMP, SSP and SAP etc.

in accordance with Llamau's procedures and current legislation. Processing group pension and administering auto-enrolment.


You will also complete RTI Submission to HMRC and preparation of payment schedule for authorisation, and reconcile monthly payroll analysis after completion and upload Journals to Accounting system.

Producing analysis of payroll including explanations for any variances, reconciliation of payroll to management accounts and prepare monthly payroll balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any variances


Being main point of contact for payroll enquiries for 500+ Colleagues, you will maintain the staff percentages spreadsheet on a monthly basis, follow up outstanding balances on the payroll nominal and prepare claims to enable the recovery of payroll related expenditure from funders.


You'll be an organised individual with an attention to detail, eager to hit the ground running in a busy environment.

This is a process driven role in an organisation where no two days will be the same.
