As Head of People Operations, you will lead a team of managers and oversee our work on: payroll, benefits, pensions, HR Information System (HRIS), processing employee contractual changes, recruitment and selection.

The People Operations team oversee the data and processes which support 800+ employees and 200+ casual workers.- Do know your stuff in the People Operations space and ensure compliance with legislative changes, including payroll, pensions, Right to Work and DBS checks?

Do you have a good understanding of employment law and payroll legislation, with direct experience of leading/overseeing payroll and pensions?
Are you an experienced leader and team manager, within the People Operations / Human Resources disciplines?
Do you have proven experience of managing external contracts/suppliers, and holding others to account?
Can you proactively manage risk and take preventative action, including through internal/external audit and process/policy improvement?
Do you believe in the power of people teams to build thriving companies and cultures and you can demonstrate your contribution to advancing diversity and inclusion?
