Responsibilities:

Provide oneonone support to children in their daily activities, including personal care, meal times, and recreational activities.
Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for children, encouraging their social and emotional development.
Assist children with homework, educational activities, and skillbuilding exercises.
Monitor and report any changes in the behaviour or health of the children to the appropriate supervisor.
Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure the overall wellbeing of the children in our care.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a support or caregiving role.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred.
