Grade 12 NJC Outer London


Actual Salary:
£23,850


Contract:
Term-time only


Hours: 08.00am - 3.30pm


Working weeks: 40 weeks including inset days and 5 additional days to be worked during the school holidays.


We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and conscientious person who is able to work as part of a committed and friendly office team.

  • Good IT Skills
  • The ability to work under pressure to short deadlines
  • High standards in your work, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive documents and and/or information.
  • Flexibility in your working hours and a willingness to adapt to the changing demands of school life
  • A courteous and welcoming manner under all circumstances (i.e. on the telephone or when dealing with parents, pupils, suppliers and all staff)
  • Experience of working in a school environment
With this specific role, you will be offered the opportunity to undertake a range of training. You will be fully supported by the office team while undertaking this role.
