The role covers several high-profile established multi-disciplinary specialties and supports transformation work including virtual ward expansion, outpatient clinic services, and contribution to the development and delivery of the SE London core offer requirements across our portfolio of services.
The postholder will also have opportunities to lead on Trust-wide improvement projects, engage with our local commissioners, maintain strong health and social care partnerships with Lambeth Together and Partnership Southwark.
To deliver in this role, you will need experience of working within multi-professional teams and collaborative working with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have a proven history of clinical leadership experience and will demonstrate a high level of organisational skills to facilitate delivery of planned work and unplanned/unpredictable requirements associated with the role.

The Service Lead will hold the Service Management Team to account for delivery against their personal and the service's objectives through regular performance review meetings
The Service Lead will ensuring effective action is taken where performance falls below, or is at risk of falling below expected levels, by setting remedial plans with the service manager and clinicians and appropriately challenging any failure of these plans to deliver improvements.
To ensure effective clinical practice and the highest of professional standards from the clinical and professional workforce.
To lead a culture of professional accountability and responsibility to patients, ensuring that staff learns from complaints and clinical incidents.
Clinical work
The postholder will maintain a senior clinical role in the service with a focus on patient-facing care and support for the MDT.
