Role and Responsibilities

This is an additional role within our Aftersales team to meet the increased level of parts enquiries we are seeing from not just our retail and trade customers but also through our dedicated parts website that we launched just over a year ago.

In addition we have experienced an increase in our workshop activity where as well as representing Suzuki we also service and repair all makes of cars and prepare our own used cars to RAC Approved standards.

Part of a small team dealing with
one of the most reliable brands in the UK and regular happy customers Not only is the Suzuki brand award winning for customer servicebut we have an excellent 4.9 Trust Pilotscore ourselves.

All this whilst delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and maximising Opportunities and Profit.


What We Expect
You will be in a similar dealership role with a
minimum of one years experience. You will need the drive to progress and exceed.

What you must have is excellent organizational skills, be IT literate and have a "CAN DO" attitude with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers whilst exceeding their expectations.

What You Can Expect

The earning opportunity is excellent and your earnings are linked to your current experience and both your personal and the departmental achievement of objectives.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm on a rota basis, every other week.

You will benefit from 22 days holiday, on going training and a great team environment.

Typical Earnings:
£25,800 basic salary plus bonus giving a OTE of £30,000
