Purpose of the role
Assist the Merchandising Manager in the day to day duties of the Merchandise department.
Communicating with stores, to ensure that all relevant information is passed on, such as new prices and product information.
Communicating with sales staff, to ensure that all relevant information is passed on to the customer.
Processing purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
Ensuring that suppliers adhere to all instructions, from lead times to customer requirements.
Ensuring to put the customer at the forefront of everything we do.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure product changes are communicated quickly & effectively
Ensure pricing and ticketing of products on the shop floor is accurate
Ensure supplier catalogue information & lead times are accurate at all times
Ensure purchase orders are processed to suppliers efficiently, accurately and in the most profitable format
Ensure supplier acknowledgment of purchase orders is done effectively and variances resolved within suppliers time parameters
Ensure all actions are On Brand and focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
Computer Literate Good Microsoft office skills.
Positive, organised and efficient.
Keen eye for detail
Good at time management and delivering to deadlines.
