This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to manage and grow our social media presence across all our brand channels.

As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for posting daily content, engaging with our audience and clients, and contributing to the overall digital strategy to amplify our brand voice and reach.

• Daily management and posting of content across all social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Engage with customers to ensure deliverability across specific campaigns
• Implement and monitor social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
• Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
• Liaise with the Campaign Manager/Team to ensure all campaign points are actioned on time
• Develop a content calendar to ensure regular posting on all platforms.
• Manage our weekly newsletters

• Passionate about social media and staying abreast of the latest digital trends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with an online audience.
• Creative thinker with strong problemsolving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret performance metrics.
• A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Preferably holding or working towards a diploma/degree in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• This is a remote working placement, but applicants must be based in Norfolk/Suffolk.
